The highly ranked 4-star wide receiver loved Oklahoma’s high-powered offensive attack. Bridges anticipated a smooth high school-to-college transition.But according to recent practice reports, Bridges may be making an unlikely position change. It’s not due to lack of playing time, though.Oklahoma’s pass defense has been mediocre at best. As a result, Bridges has been taking reps at safety in practice. It was his idea to begin with too.Bridges approached Lincoln Riley about the possible move. Clearly, Riley liked the idea. Not mention it was a selfless move to help his team potentially solve an issue. What’s not to like about that?
